Savor Sea Pines, the Lowcountry’s newest epicurean festival brings some of the finest chefs in the world to Hilton Head Island for a month-long celebration of food, wine, and spirits. Held in the Sea Pines Resort’s most acclaimed venues, events will include fabulous dinners, tastings, demonstrations, and classes – all socially distanced with enhanced COVID-19 protocols in place.
Here’s just of few highlights of the Savor Sea Pines Events:
Feb. 4 – Oyster Demo and Champagne Tasting by Chef Nico Romo
French Master Chef Nico Romo will be in the Harbour Town Clubhouse for an oyster demo and Champagne tasting. He is the owner of NICO Oysters+Seafood in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

February 5th – French and Lowcountry Fusion Dinner
featuring French Master Chef Nico Romo
February 6th – Coast Oyster Roast
featuring the Sea Pines Resort’s Chef Danny Hieronymus
The roast will feature fresh, local oysters from Maggioni Oyster Company on St. Helena Island, roasted on-site at the Sea Pines Beach Club, along with peel-and-eat shrimp, Terrapin beer, and Saint Royal oyster shooter specials and live entertainment. Complimentary admission but reservations are a must.

Also being served are delicious local wild shrimp from the waters around Hilton Head Island.
February 15. – 12 p.m -International Wine Tasting Tour and Lunch
hosted by Rob Mondavi Jr.
Renowned Napa Valley winemaker Rob Mondavi Jr. will lead a wine tasting tour across two continents showcasing vineyards in France, Austria and California with hand-picked favorites.
February 15 4-6 p.m. Caviar and Champagne with Rob Mondavi Jr.
Fourth-generation Napa Valley winemaker Rob Mondavi Jr. and Juan Casaretto of Polanco come together to create a sumptuous tasting of caviar and Champagne. This will be a fun and festive bubbly learning experience.
Absolutely nothing pairs better with caviar than champagne. A bite of caviar followed by a sip of the driest champagne and a few seconds of intermingling often result in an unmatched flavor burst. The best way to enjoy caviar is in its purest form is with a glass of fine champagne.
February 19th 6 p.m. Taste of the Lowcountry
features chefs William Dissen, Sara Prezioso, Russ Moore, John Ondo, and Greg Collier along with mixologist Justin Hazelton.
February 20 – Sea Pines Around the World Showcase 1-4 p.m.
This will be an international tasting offering something to please every taste and palate.
February 22. 5-7 p.m. Mixology Monday Class
featuring mixologist Matthew Gibbons from Atlanta’s Nick’s Westside on the craft of cocktails to be held at the Sea Pines Beach Club’s Ocean Lounge.
